Apple juice (yes, apple juice), lemon juice, sugar and powdered fruit pectin. Simple enough, huh?
Next are the pots that I used:
One to sterilize my jars, one to sterilize my lids and one to cook the jelly in.
My jars, upside down to heat the lids so they'll seal.
And, you can't have homemade jelly without some homemade bread. So, of course I had to make some of my famous breaded bread.
